Sean W. Chambers, MBA, DBA ABD

21 years directing large-scale capital and infrastructure programs, with operations, asset, and execution disciplines that transfer across sectors.

“Who is accountable for the work you are paying for?”

Every engagement on the operations and capital programs pillar is led personally by Sean W. Chambers. No sub-contractors, no junior staff billed at senior rates.

Sean W. Chambers founded Drengr Consulting to bring independent, evidence-based judgment to capital programs and operational performance. He brings 21 years directing large-scale capital and infrastructure programs, with operations, asset, and execution disciplines that transfer across sectors. That track record was proven across pipeline and energy infrastructure programs in the Permian Basin and Mid-Continent, environments where a capital program can run from tens of millions to hundreds of millions of dollars and a missed assumption is expensive.

How he works

The throughline of his work is a single standard: evidence before opinion. Scope, cost, schedule, and performance claims are expected to be defensible, the kind of analysis that holds up under owner, lender, and audit scrutiny rather than asserted confidence. It is the standard the firm’s name was chosen to reflect.
